I am passionate about helping people create productive and positively viewed organisations. I’ve helped private and public sector organisations create exceptional and positive experiences for customers, embed operational excellence, create an environment where people can work more productively and are enabled to continually improve their work, and create a culture where people are more engaged.

I’ve worked extensively with executive leaders, senior leaders, operational managers, team leaders, frontline teams and technologists to help them bring organisational change and transformation strategies to life.

My approach to creating a sustained shift in organisational behaviour, mindsets, capability and culture is based on a sound understanding of human behaviour.
