“I am very impressed with David’s experience, insights and knowledge of agile, lean, software process improvement and change management. He has already delivered very significant results at the BBC and BBC Worldwide where he has led the adoption of Kanban and demonstrated how he can influence positive cultural change and the emergence of a high maturity organization that delivers more value to the business, faster with higher quality. I believe he is one of the most knowledgeable Kanban coaches and I would heartily recommend him as a “trusted Kanban coach” who will deliver real results based on practical implementable advice.”
